The financial side of the event
The financial aspect of the event was covered by
the university as it is part of a module which first years have to do (compulsory). However, it can be broken down, without going into detail. The room price included: Flipchart holders Chairs Tables Extra table for refreshments Also; as a whole included the registaration table in reception which was there every day throughout the day and a base room (Conference Room 3) in which all resources and volunteers belongings could go.
